• Nomination & contact forms: your name and contact details, and details about the person you nominate.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.
• Donations: processed securely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your gift but do not store your full payment card number.

We use your information to review nominations, respond to your messages, send updates you've requested, and acknowledge donations. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate — for example, Stripe (payments) and our email provider (form delivery) — and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
